Opportunity
Our client is seeking a self-starting seasoned investment professional with strong business development capabilities and a passion for client success. This role is ideal for someone eager to manage investment portfolios cultivate new relationships deepen existing ones and contribute innovative ideas that support the firms continued growth and evolution.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of investment success interest in individual stock selection and the ability to confidently and enthusiastically engage with clients and prospects. This position offers significant autonomy within a close-knit high-performance team.
Responsibilities
Source new clients identify opportunities and influence prospective clients through proactive relationship-driven business development.
Lead all aspects of portfolio management including construction asset allocation and risk management.
Serve as a trusted advisor and build long-term client relationships based on care diligence ethical judgment and reliable communication.
Conduct ongoing research on current and potential investments; apply creative and analytical thinking to evaluate holdings and identify new opportunities.
Actively participate in weekly portfolio discussions-present investment ideas challenge assumptions and contribute thoughtful analysis.
Identify opportunities to develop new investment products or strategies aligned with the firms philosophy and growth initiatives.
Collaborate closely with a small cohesive team while demonstrating initiative flexibility and ownership of responsibilities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in sourcing new clients or a strong interest in business development and prospecting.
Relevant experience in investment or portfolio management with a record of independent decision-making and accountability.
Proven ability to build strengthen and retain long-term client relationships.
Experience in stock selection fundamental research and portfolio construction.
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative thriving in a hands-off high-expectation environment.
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g. CFP) preferred.
Pay & Benefits
Base Salary : $100000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus : Significant bonus potential based on performance and business development success
