Immediate opening for licensed insurance Agent. P & C licensed required, Life and Health license a plus needs to be obtain . Salary plus commission will be offered. Sales experience is required.

Farmers Insurance offers both personal lines and commercial insurance. Traditional work of Monday through Friday. Office is not open on nights, weekends, and all Federal Holidays observed. Paid holiday leave, vacation and sick leave will be included in employment offer. Online training and in office training will be offered.

Responsibilities

Sales of new business policies and service on existing accounts will be required. Service work will be a shared responsibility with other staff. Full time employment, hours 9-5 Monday through Friday.

Requirements

P & C license in Virginia required. Office is also licensed for sales in North Carolina and Tennessee and appointment can be secured. Familiarity with online quoting platform and computer skills a must. All candidates will be required to participate in service, marketing, retention, and cross sell programs.
