A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for robotic welding and cutting systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Handle incoming technical support inquiries and coordinate issues for resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and generate knowledge content for internal and external use
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma / GED required
5+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, preferably in industrial automation or robotic arc welding
Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
PC literate in MS Office applications
