Location : Greater Miami Area

Schedule : Full-time

Compensation : $225K – $250K per year

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in construction management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Design :  Collaborates with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish project scope, and ensure construction feasibility.
• Budget & Cost Control :  Creates and manages project budgets, performs cost estimates, and monitors spending to prevent overruns.
• Scheduling & Timeline Management :  Develops and manages project timelines, creates work schedules, and tracks progress to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication :  Liaises with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors, providing regular progress reports and managing client relationships.
• Resource Management :  Coordinates the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools, and manages the allocation of labor and subcontractors.
• Risk Management :  Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance :  Ensures projects meet quality standards, adheres to safety protocols, and complies with building codes and regulations.
