Instrumentation & Electrical Technician - Intermediate

JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK provides a geographical allowance of $1,500 a month (pre-tax) for this position in addition to the base salary.

The I&E technician role is vital to the continued operation of the facility and the facility's different systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and at times installing equipment that runs on voltages ranging from 12VDC to 15KV. A typical day in this position consists of prioritizing work orders based on importance of the system, training, administrative work, troubleshooting, planning, etc. The I&E Technician works closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other support staff.

The technician is responsible for providing operational and technical support for various electrical, instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Comply with ONEOK ESH policies and governmental regulations
• Install, commission, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain the following equipment including but not limited to :

Instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, level, flow, vibration, transmitters)

Maintenance and repair records (work order management)

Education

Work Experience

Hand / power tools

Gas processing fundamentals
