California Licensed Scientist II

A company is looking for a Scientist II to join their Quantitative, Translational ADME Sciences department.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain LC / MS instruments for high-quality experimental data generation

Perform affinity purification of therapeutic proteins from biological matrices

Analyze data, maintain documentation, and facilitate assay optimization and implementation

Required Qualifications

Degree in chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields; BS with 5+ years or MS with 2+ years in a pharmaceutical setting

Prior industry experience in drug discovery / development is preferred

In-depth understanding of PK, TK, and PK / PD studies and bioanalytical assays

Hands-on experience with QQQ, qTOF, and / or Orbitrap mass spectrometers

Experience with automated liquid handling systems and oligonucleotide analysis is highly desired
