LOCUM CRNA in La Grande, Oregon Job ID : 131019
- Type : CRNA
- Dates : January 1st- full-time (4 days per week)
- Must be Oregon licensed and an Oregon DEA
- Schedule : 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Call Ratio : 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
- Required Skills & Procedures : Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line is not required but preferred.
- Types of cases : Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spines.
- Licenses and Certifications : Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred
