With a network of over 10,000 clinicians and more than 3 million In-home Health Evaluations (IHEs) delivered annually across every U.S. county, we've built trusted relationships with members that position us to broaden our impact.

As we expand beyond our core IHE service, Signify is building a suite of new in-home and virtual health services to better identify chronic conditions, close gaps in care, and increase access to preventive care. We are growing our team and looking for a Senior Manager to help shape and deliver the next generation of service offerings.

About the Role

This role strikes a balance between strategy and execution. As Senior Manager, Product Management - Focused Visits, you will help lead the development and execution of a portfolio strategy that expands Signify's New Verticals and makes healthcare services more accessible for members. Focused Visits are health visits centered around specific health conditions that are delivered in the home.

This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that blends analysis, existing product optimization and early-stage product development and execution. You will define product vision and strategy, conduct market and customer research, build business cases, create and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features and work with cross functional teams to develop and launch successful products throughout their entire lifecycle. Your work will directly shape near-term business results and lay the groundwork for long-term growth.

Responsibilities include :

• Product Strategy : Support the development of new in-home and virtual healthcare services.
• Problem Identification & Solutioning : Identify pain points and collaborate with teams to design solutions.
• Product Development : Facilitate product discovery processes and lead product lifecycle.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Business Cases : Develop data-driven business cases and prioritize investment decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on goals.
• Product Roadmap : Define and maintain a roadmap for new service offerings.
• Implementation, Go To Market, and Customer Adoption : Support implementation and customer adoption efforts.

What We're Looking For

This position reports directly to the Lead Director of Product Management. This position is a remote position with some travel required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
