Join a newly formed product pod focused on the Gauntlet App our next-generation dApp that allows users to deposit and withdraw into vaults directly. This role is part of a critical initiative to evolve our dashboard into a product directly connected to revenue. You'll be working on a high-impact project tightly aligned with Gauntlets core strategy, helping build a robust, user-facing experience at the heart of our business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack features for Gauntlets decentralized application, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Partner closely with front-end engineers to deliver cohesive and well-integrated user experiences
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Engage in systems design and architecture discussions to build robust backend services supporting the application
• Participate actively in code reviews and design sessions, promoting best practices and high-quality code standards
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues to maintain system reliability and performance

The national pay range for this role is $165,000 - $205,000 plus additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company. Individual pay rate decisions are based on qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
