Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Revenue Share + Bonus Potential

An established and highly respected Connecticut law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role with an existing book of business, providing immediate client interaction and revenue potential. The firm is looking for attorneys with 5+ years of experience , but welcomes senior attorneys as well, offering revenue-sharing opportunities for those at a higher level.

This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in complex real estate transactions and is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts including purchase / sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
• Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient closings.
• Provide counsel on zoning, land use, title, and due diligence matters.
• Represent clients in financing arrangements, including mortgage lending and secured transactions.
• Maintain and expand an existing book of business while developing new client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality strategic advice to developers, investors, lenders, and business owners.
