Average hourly : $21-$25 (base pay : $17-$19 an hour base plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives)

We're currently hiring a Assistant Store Manager for our new Springville location ! We are looking for someone who's excited to lead, grow, and make a big impact from day one.

What You'll Do :

Lead daily operations and create a positive, energetic store culture

Train, coach, and develop your team

Drive membership sales and retail performance

Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and payroll

Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance meet brand standards

Work closely with marketing and HR to support store growth

Organize monthly team meetings and promote goal setting

Represent the Beaches brand in the community through outreach, local marketing, and events

What We're Looking For :

This is a new store , which means things will change and evolve quickly. We need a Store Manager who is :

Comfortable with change  – Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

Growth-minded and resilient – Motivated through slow early traffic and ready to build something great

Sales- and marketing-focused – Confident following a proven sales process and excited to connect with the community

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years retail sales or customer service experience

1+ year of management experience

Available to work full-time (including some evenings and weekends)

Must work at the Springville location and support nearby stores as needed
