Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA).

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

Monitor patients’ progress to ensure successful completion of treatment plans.

Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Help patients improve their quality of life by identifying and addressing challenges.

Assist injured employees in regaining motor skills to support workforce re-entry.

Teach patients with disabilities skills that promote greater independence.

Update patient records and documentation for the Occupational Therapist.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office, treatment room, and equipment.

Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers in techniques that support the patient’s treatment program.

Requirements :

Compassion and empathy when working with patients and families.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and treatment execution.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical strength to assist patients with therapy activities.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
