The Advanced Hypersonic Weapons Portfolio in the Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for a Financial Program Controls Analyst. This position provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to partner with the program leadership team, which includes Program Managers, technical leads, and functional partners. In addition, this role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of finance and the overall organization. The Advanced Hypersonic Weapons Portfolio generates approximately $400M in revenue per year. The Financial Analyst will have a key role in the setup and execution of multiple large contracts while providing critical financial oversight and guidance.

This position will be interacting / collaborating with a variety of different internal and external customers. This role will support contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) requirements on complex programs.

What You Will Do

• Support of development cost-plus contractual EVM contracts.
• Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.
• Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.
• Support of all program financial aspects including monthly financial performance reporting.
• Program controls such as developing EACs and execution of EVM processes.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
