Job Description
Our client is seeking a strategic Director of Learning and Development to lead transformative training initiatives. This role will drive their SAP ERP training rollout and build a scalable, enterprise-wide L&D ecosystem, collaborating with retail, HR, IT, and other teams to align learning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
SAP ERP Training (Initial Focus)
- Lead training strategy for SAP ERP adoption, creating engaging content (eLearning, guides, workshops).
- Partner with project teams, vendors, and B2B customers to ensure clear documentation and system readiness.
- Measure training impact and optimize based on feedback.
Enterprise L&D Strategy
Assess training needs and recommend modern, scalable learning platforms.Develop a strategic learning roadmap with senior leaders.Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with department heads to design targeted learning programs.Advise HR and CTO on L&D strategy, ensuring tools and content evolve.Performance & Innovation
Define KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness.Use data and trends to enhance programs continuously.Qualifications
10 years of L&D experience, with leadership in tech-driven transformations (ERP / SAP preferred).Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.Experience scaling training across HR, Retail, Sales, and Customer Service.Proficiency with L&D platforms (LMS, LXP) and content tools.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Retail experience a plusBachelor’s degree required
