Position : General Clerk III - Payroll

General Function
This position will require support to the Department of Interior - Payroll Operation Divion in the
accurate and timely imaging and processing of a variety of documents.
Major Activities (Typical Duties / Responsibilities)
standard-size paper, making copies of mounted documents, checking social security number
SSN) on copied documents for legibility.
documents as necessary, submitting scanned batches to indexing queue, stapling completed
batches
database.
verifying SSN, checking cross reference databases, or other methods to ensuring document can be
indexed.
preparing necessary transmittal forms, taping and stacking boxes
