Your role at Clorox :

This role reports to the Network Scheduling Manager or MSM Lead and will work with : Network Materials Planners, S&OE Manager, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations for a group of work centers to optimize production flow and efficiency while meeting production targets.

In this role, you will :

• Responsible for planning operations at the Aberdeen work centers and, potentially, across the broader BU network. This includes optimizing production sequencing to support customer service goals, minimize changeovers, and maintain appropriate inventory levels in the short to mid term
• Communicates with the S&OE team and Network Scheduling Manager to understand the short to mid-term demand picture while communicating with Plant Operations to ensure the demand can be met with an optimized schedule
• Maintains all relevant capacity planning master data for the relevant network work centers is accurate and up to date including work center master, routings, and downtime data.
• Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules.
• Ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Works with Logistics Managers and Material Planners to ensure the right materials are available for the production schedule.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A : $72,400 - $132,500

Zone B : $66,400 - $121,500

Zone C : $60,300 - $110,400
