Position Description

• Lead the ServiceNow architecture development, enhancements, and implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation).
• Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead the development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Provide assistance to development teams as needed.
