Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Office Manager, located in Houston, TX. The Dental Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental office, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating patient appointments, handling billing and insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management
• Strong Customer Service skills and effective Communication abilities
• Knowledge of Dental Care practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in dental office software and technology
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field is desirable
