• Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced personal injury litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success (3+ years experience) in handling personal injury cases in litigation. The ideal candidate will take initiative in independently managing cases while also providing proactive support as needed.

• Responsibilities :
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases in litigation.
• Conduct client consultations, intake, and check-ins when necessary.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain client communication and relationships.
• Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated compassion for clients and commitment to justice
