Job descriptionDevelop, maintain, and update emergency response plans, continuity of operations plans (COOP), and contingency plans Manages and performs required analysis to validate or change, modify, improve and implement plans and procedures. Facilitates organizational dissemination of findings and resulting recommendations using appropriate techniques. Facilitate group briefings and discussions to enable the development of plans and other decisions. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field. If you do not have a Bachelor's, the following may be substituted : High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience. Five (5) years of relevant experience planning emergency management, or operational coordination experience. $42 / hour The Excalibur Group is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
