KEY DETAILS
Schedule : Flexible based on your availability (as little as 1 day / week) and scheduled around your current patient appointments with freedom to work on your terms, in your own office, and opt out at any time
Earn Supplemental Income : Pay-Per-Exam model as independent contractor (1099 for tax purposes); must have LLC or other business entity
Location : Must have authorized access to office space that is ADA compliant. Office space will be verified via photos and / or site visit as part of the credentialing process.

Training is provided related to military medicine and service-related conditions. These one-time disability exams are scheduled for you with no expectation of ongoing care / treatment.
KEY TASKS
(1) Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of Veteran's health conditions to determine any changes in current disability status.
(2) Conduct detailed interviews with Veterans and perform face-to-face examinations as part of the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ)
(3) Collect and synthesize clinical evidence through comprehensive medical and military record reviews; review findings and submit detailed reports
(4) Formulate medical opinions regarding the Veteran's health condition and connection with military service.
REQUIREMENTS
(1) Active, unrestricted license to practice in the United States (MD, DO, NP)
(2) Established LLC or other legal business entity (providers will receive 1099 for tax purposes)
(3) General liability and malpractice insurance that is active / in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims
(4) Access to ADA-compliant office space to conduct disability exams
(5) Ability to provide proof of US Citizenship as per contract terms and credentialing process
