Certified Lymphedema OT – Outpatient Rehab

📍 Location : Fayetteville, GA 30214

🕒 Schedule : Mon / Wed 9 : 45a–6 : 15p, Tue / Thu / Fri 7 : 30a–4p (Alt schedule : Mon–Thu 7 : 30a–5p, Fri 7 : 30a–12p)

🚫 Weekends / Call : None | 📍 Float : To Piedmont Fayette (1 mile away) as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements :

BLS, GA OT License (in hand), Lymphedema Certification

1+ year outpatient experience, EPIC proficiency

First-time travelers accepted

Preferred : Acute care experience
