We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to join a reputable General Contractor specializing in K-12, higher education, and stadium projects across the Houston area. The role will focus primarily on renovations, with the opportunity to lead ground-up projects as well.

Candidates with solely multi family / residential experience will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site logistics, materials, and equipment management.
• Monitor daily progress, track project milestones, and provide detailed reporting to the Project Manager and executive team.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve any construction-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to maintain project goals and resolve design or field conflicts.
• Manage project budgets and schedules on-site, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and professional project environment.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff.
