Job Opening : Field & Finance Grower Associate (Contract)

Location :  Salinas, CA

Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

Pay Range : $25–$30 / hr

Duration : 3–4 Months

Are you an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for agriculture? We're looking for an Agriculture  Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis and help support our clients grower accounting operations during peak season.

What You'll Do :

Manage grower settlements and accounting cycles

Maintain grower loans, contracts, and financial statements

Reconcile accounts, process advances, and ensure timely payments

Support audits, budgets, and reporting

Communicate with growers to resolve questions and ensure accuracy

Work with systems like Famous , Excel, and SharePoint

✅ What You Bring :

A.A. or A.S. in Accounting or Finance preferred

2–5 years of accounting experience (ag industry a plus)

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
