Responsibilities include :

• Technical Analysis : Evaluate engineering drawings, customer PO requirements, and technical specifications to determine the most cost-effective production methods.
• Documentation & Tooling : Design and develop detailed operation sheets, work instructions, and specialized tooling or fixtures to support production.
• Quality Assurance : Interpret and apply customer quality standards and inspection requirements, ensuring all GD&T specifications are met.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and improve part consistency.
• Troubleshooting : Provide real-time technical support on the shop floor to resolve machining issues or assembly bottlenecks.
• Vendor Liaison : Coordinate with outside service providers for specialized processes such as heat treating, plating, or coating to ensure compliance with engineering specs.
