Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer | Federal Project | Chantilly, VA
Our client, a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm with a strong track record delivering innovative solutions across mission-critical, government, and commercial projects, has just signed a major new federal program . They are now looking to add a Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer to their Specialized Design team.

What You'll Do :
- Support / lead HVAC and mechanical design across cradle-to-grave engineering projects
- Perform load calculations, system sizing, layouts, and equipment selections
- Create CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Conduct site surveys and support construction activities (RFIs, submittals, punch lists)
- Research and integrate the latest HVAC technologies
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
What We're Looking For :
B.S. in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 4+ years of design engineering experienceProficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorksStrong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical utility systemsExperience applying mechanical / plumbing / fire code & industry standardsU.S. CitizenshipEIT certification (required); PE license is a plusSalary & Benefits :
