We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to join our client's outpatient community healthcare team. As a FNP / PA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients. This is an excellent opportunity in Eastern, Maine to serve a diverse patient population in a rural setting. The position offers the flexibility of a 4 day work-week. Highlights of the FNP / PA Position :

• Tuesday - Friday (4 x 10 schedule)
• Hours : 7am - 5pm
• Outpatient position

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention

• Manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Utilize your advanced communication skills to educate, support, and empower patients and their families to actively participate in the treatment process
