Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and Java within the organization. They will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and java applications.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and AWS services.

3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for DevOps and AWS architecture.

4. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.

5. Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability of applications in AWS environment.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to DevOps and java applications, providing timely resolution.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps, AWS and java development technologies.

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot and backend architecture.
• Prior experience in the financial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with relevant certification (AWS).
• Expert knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex system integrations.
• Strong background in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks

2. Strong knowledge and experience in AWS architecture, including services like ec2, s3, lambda, and rds.

3. Expertise in java programming and development, with the ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot issues.

4. Handson experience with ci / cd pipelines, containerization tools like docker, and automation tools like ansible.

5. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (iac) tools such as terraform or cloud formation.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

7. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have : Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Developer, Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer.
