Finance Manager Opportunity
Amazon is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join the CXO (Customer Experience Organization) Finance team. The CXO Attended Pickup and Returns (APR) business provides a best in class attended returns and pickup experience for Amazon customers. This high visibility role will support the growth and profitability of the overall CXO business. This role will work closely with Operations, Program Managers, FP&A, and other business stakeholders and leaders to manage the CXO P&L and support the profitability of the holistic program. This role provides tremendous scope for an ambitious individual to grow their career, with full ownership of core financial and business processes in a rapidly growing business, covering both North America and our upcoming expansion in the EU. Key job responsibilities include :
Basic Qualifications : 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience, BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications : 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating / implementing an escalation plan, 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business, MBA, or CPA, Knowledge of SQL / ETL, Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples : SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples : Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
