Physician

Responsibilities :

• Provide primary and specialized medical care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary, ensuring accurate dosages and instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and medications.
• Adhere to infection control standards to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
• Participate in clinical trials and research studies to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Board certification in Family practice or Internal Medicine.

Valid state medical license and DEA registration.

Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures.

Experience in health coaching and patient education.

Proficiency in medical record documentation and electronic health record systems.

Ability to perform {IV infusion} and {phlebotomize} procedures.

Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) prescribing guidelines.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
