Position Details

  • Operate within the Midwest on a regional schedule.
  • Average 2,100–2,300 miles weekly.
  • All freight is no-touch with a mix of drop & hook and live unload.
  • Assigned late-model equipment (Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth).
  • 24 / 7 operations support provided.

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Weekly pay : $1,200–$1,400.
  • Pay range : $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
  • Sign-on bonus : $2,000 total payout over first 60 days.
  • Detention after 2 hours ($12.50 / hr).
  • Breakdown pay ($100 / day).
  • Safety / performance bonus up to +3 CPM.
  • Benefits start after 30 days — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid PTO.

  • Valid CDL-A with 6 months minimum experience.
