Sr. Network Engineer Lead

Northwest Partners is looking for a network engineer who's passionate about building and maintaining robust network infrastructure in dynamic environments. This role focuses on hands-on technical work across a primarily on-premises data center, with responsibilities ranging from daily operations to leading network infrastructure projects.

What YOU will do

Work collaboratively with internal engineers and external managed service providers to support and escalate network issues

Lead a Cisco-to-Aruba switching migration for a small data center environment

Maintain and configure Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper routers, and Citrix ADC load balancers

Support Azure networking functions in a hybrid infrastructure

Participate in occasional on-site or branch office work as required

Respond to major production issues, including occasional call coverage

What YOU will bring us

Proven experience in network engineering and architecture with a strong hands-on approach

Expertise in Cisco and Aruba switching technologies, including migration experience

Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper routers, and Citrix ADC load balancing

Familiarity with Azure networking services

Experience working in a data center environment

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently on technical initiatives
