Our client is staffing up for next year’s tax season and bringing on at least two high-profile clients. They are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager with expertise in estate and charitable giving, wealth management, and complex tax return preparation. This is a hands-on role with a variety of federal and state compliance work, not just review.

The position offers strong work-life balance, a supportive faith-based culture, and professional flexibility in an in-office schedule. Competitive salary up to $140K for Managers, up to $100K for Seniors, plus health care, HSA, PTO, 401(k) match, and discretionary bonus. Ideal candidates are independent, growth-minded CPAs who want to grow with the firm while serving a diverse client base, including real estate investors.
