This role is essential in ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the cleanliness of indoor common areas (lobbies, hallways, etc.)
• Perform routine exterior grounds work, including trash pickup and snow removal
• Keep sidewalks and pathways clear and well-maintained
• Assist maintenance technicians with general property upkeep
• Paint apartment units and common areas as needed
• Perform light carpentry, such as drywall patching and screen repairs
• Support overall efforts to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all residents
