Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Hospice Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Interim Director of Hospice and Home Health We are seeking an experienced Interim Director to lead our Hospice and Home Health services. This role requires strong clinical and management expertise, along with the ability to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and promote quality care. Key Responsibilities : Manage daily hospice and home health operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care Develop and implement policies to improve quality and efficiency Lead, support, and mentor clinical staff and management teams Monitor clinical outcomes, financial performance, and performance metrics Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, families, and external entities Manage budgets and resources effectively Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams Handle call responsibilities as needed Qualifications : Minimum five years of current nursing experience in hospice or home health At least two years of management or director-level leadership Active Alaska nursing license Prior director-level experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle call duties flexibly Strong leadership and organizational skills Why Join Us?
