About The Position
A leading regional medical center is seeking a board-certified OB / GYN physician for locum coverage in a hospital-based setting. The provider will manage deliveries, perform essential obstetric and gynecologic procedures, and handle inpatient consultations. This role offers a supportive team environment and flexible on-call scheduling.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for admitted and unreferred patients.
- Perform C-sections, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, and manage ectopic pregnancies and abnormal bleeding.
- Collaborate with the hospitalist and surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Respond to emergency cases and perform procedures as needed.
- Accurately document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR.
