As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will assist the Regional IFM Team across all service lines with tactical planning while managing and maintaining regional integrated facility management tasks as assigned. This role requires you to coordinate support for meetings and conference room reservations, manage work orders in the Corrigo CMMS system, and assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities. You'll provide direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers while serving as JLL liaison for third-party service providers that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective facility management.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like :

Administrative Function :

• Assist Regional IFM Team across all service lines with tactical planning for team goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain regional integrated facility management tasks as assigned
• Coordinate and provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed for client or JLL
• Manage work orders in Corrigo CMMS system while tracking maintenance activities to completion
• Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities as needed for optimal facility operations

Estimated compensation for this position : $52,000.00 $57,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
