Overview
The Audio Visual Technician sets up all audio visual production needs for property events in accordance with the BEO details, property standards, and client requests. The Audio Visual Technician maintains a clean and organized workspace, ensures accurate and efficient setup of AV needs, and performs safe setup procedures to deliver quality services to guests. The successful Audio Visual Technician will effectively set up the assigned event, produce products consistent with quality standards, communicate additional requests or changes to the Banquet Captain, and demonstrate exemplary attendance.

Responsibilities of Gold Key|PHR hourly Associates :

Associate Responsibilities specific for this role and Department :
Set up and operate large and small-scale audiovisual systems for live events to ensure client satisfaction.Respond to AV calls and assist guests with technical difficulties.Ensure accurate setup and efficient operation of equipment.Provide excellent guest service by exceeding expectations and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication.Understand technical aspects of the job, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.Maintain AV assets to standard, reporting mechanical or cleanliness deficiencies.Follow company procedures for system entry, paperwork, security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment. Participate in inventory counts as needed.Communicate any additional or changed AV service requests to the AV Manager and / or Banquet Captain for accurate billing.Qualifications
Type : Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule including nights and weekends.Skill : Present a polished and professional image to meet dress code requirements.Skill : Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through effective interaction and assistance.Skill : Technical aptitude with basic understanding of audiovisual equipment, computer hardware, and software.Experience : Less than one year of field-based audiovisual experience and previous customer service experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
