Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. Experience : 2-4 years in related fields, particularly in luxury residential construction. Technical Proficiency : Expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Photoshop. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical abilities to address challenges efficiently. Work Ethic : A dedicated team player with excellent multitasking skills. Communication Skills : Ability to effectively engage with Architects, Construction Managers, and Lead Designers.
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Design Construction Documents : Create detailed and accurate documentation to guide the construction process.
- Coordinate Teams : Collaborate effectively between the Construction and Architecture Teams to align goals and processes.
- Select High-End Finishes : Curate finishes, textiles, furniture, and light fixtures that reflect our commitment to luxury.
- Draft Elevations : Create detailed interior and exterior elevations for compelling client presentations.
