Are you looking to make the next move in your career?   F&F Realty Partners LLC is looking for a career-minded experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.   We currently have an open position as a Maintenance Technician at Glen Oaks Commons which is a beautiful 500 unit apartment community located in Des Plaines, IL.

The right candidate will be a person who enjoys building relationships with their team members and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• CPO certified and Universal EPA
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
