Cardiothoracic Surgeon Locums Needed in Washington Pennsylvania

Requirements : Board Certified, Active PA License or IMLC in hand, ACLS, BLS.

Schedule :  24hr shifts - 7a-7a. Ideal candidate would be available for 10 consecutive shifts per month. Will consider a lighter schedule.  Please see below for additional job details.

Rounding with APPs in the morning, emergency OR cases, emergency consults. It would be rare to spend 8 hours in the hospital on a weekday.

10 consecutive days coverage per month to support our current CT surgeon. If this is not acceptable to a candidate, we can discuss what accommodations may work. Physician will have the assistance of two APPs for rounding, outpatient visits and OR cases.

Typically, there are no calls or emergencies overnight. There has been one overnight case in 2025 so far.
