ELECTRICIAN

Under the direction of an Electrician Supervisor, electricians abate emergencies and adhere to the schedule of electric repair for residents and public spaces. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following :

1.Prepare for PHAS and correct PHAS deficiencies.

2.Install, repair, replace and maintain electric wiring systems and components, equipment and apparatus in or on buildings or structures in accordance with NYC electrical code.

3.Conduct testing of existing installation to determine fault and make necessary repairs.

4.Respond to CCC scheduled appointments, emergency repairs, including but not limited to power outages, heating interruptions and interior and exterior lighting.
