A Top 2 Critical Access Hospital completing a $50 Million expansion and renovation is seeking a 7th Emergency Medicine physician.

• Join a collegial, democratic team of 6 physicians with very little staff turnover
• 12-hour shifts for an average of 10-11 shifts per month - can always pick up additional shifts
• Annual volume of just less than 10,000
• Strong support staff includes APP's, multiple RN's, patient care tech, and more
• Subspecialty support includes orthopedics, urology, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, OB / GYN, hospitalist, family medicine, and more
• Hospital will be finished with an exciting $50 million expansion and renovation by Spring 2026 Compensation Details :
• Employed position up to $425K for an average of less than 11 shifts / month - 70th percentile MGMA
