Role and Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices for multiple locations
- Payment of accounts payable
- Reporting and entry of accounts receivable
- Cash management entries and reporting
- Bank reconciliations for multiple locations
- Heavy use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Communication with multiple staff at communities via phone, email, etc
- Light receptionist duties
- Filing
- Special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Accounting or business office experience preferredHealthcare experience preferredPreferred Skills
Organization and strong analytical skillsConfident self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentMust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approachGood communicator, verbal and writtenGood people skills with customer service mentalityProficient at Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and / or accounting software
