Assistant Project Manager

JOOLA is for looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with a passion for growth and interest in pickleball and table tennis!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our Product organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to successful project delivery. As the company is a high-growth phase, it is paramount that this individual can plan, manage time, and stay organized to make sure projects are progressing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables under the guidance of a Sr. Project Manager

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, track progress, and follow up with stakeholders

Support the preparation of documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and status updates

Monitor risks and issues, escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Help manage project resources and schedules

Facilitate communication between project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.

Ensure project management tools and documentation are kept up-to-date

Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency

Assist product line managers when possible to keep projects moving

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks

Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals

Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics

Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency with project management tools preferred.
