What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital sales team focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Establish and execute the digital sales strategy for the Corporates segment
  • Maintain operational excellence by managing forecasts, pipeline coverage, and CRM data integrity
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Utilize analytics and experimentation tools to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B commercial sales, with at least 4 years of experience leading digital sales teams
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Experience in digital / e-commerce sales motions, including performance marketing and conversion optimization
  • Strong command of sales processes and account planning, with expertise in solution selling for software / technology
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools like Salesforce, Tableau / Power BI, and Adobe Target / Optimizely
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
