Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and lead pre-shift meetings to review daily specials, menu updates, and guest reservations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Supervise and support service staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant facilities and equipment, scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, stock supplies, and control costs to meet financial targets.
• Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to achieve operational goals.
