• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Arrowhead Family Health Center – Westside – Rialto, California

Arrowhead Family Health Center – McKee – San Bernardino, California

• Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a 456-bed university-affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health, operated by San Bernardino County, and governed by the Board of Supervisors.
• More than 40 outpatient specialty care services.
• One of five family health centers provides a patient-centered medical home model of care.
• 2.5 patients per hour and on-site x-ray.
• Facility hours are M-F 8a-5p with additional night hours on Tues/Wed 5p-9p.
