Our Customer Success Associates bring our purpose to life by guiding customers through their journey with Infinity Replacement. This team curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and being a consistent, trusted resource for our customers. The right person for this role is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer journey. You're proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to help people feel confident and cared for throughout their home improvement journey.

Highlights of your role

Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support
• Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment by greeting visitors and ensuring a clean, organized space
• Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
• Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms
• Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders
