Job description
A company is looking for a Residential Litigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and investigate litigated personal lines homeowner claims
Consult with attorneys on case defense and attend claims settlement conferences
Negotiate and settle claims with insureds, claimants, or their attorneys
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience handling litigation files
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Hurricane; Wind / Water / Theft / Fire claims
Full Florida Litigation experience with knowledge of Florida statutes and policies
Proficient computer skills
